Gallery 4 at Art Center Sarasota is full of amazing miniatures, 12″ x 12″ and under. Here’s a look at a collage of mine, Press On, part of the exhibition, which runs until January 3, 2014.
For this 12″ x 12″ collage I combined colors, graphics and things I had accumulated over my years of sewing, repeating the dominant circle shapes to hold the disparate objects together. Working this small was a challenge but it was a lot of fun.
